PubStart! was created for the need to service the entrepreneurial spirit of pub landlords and bar owners across the UK. Our goal is to remove the boundaries that limit the rewards set by breweries and pub groups who capitalise on the hard work of their Landlords, sometimes to the landlord detriment.

Fixed Rent based on the property, not your hard work.
Opportunity, free of all ties, you choose the suppliers you buy from and what products or brands you buy.
No interference from us, as long as you pay the rent and keep the property in good condition.
Opportunity to purchase your own pub after 3 years of trading.

We are "the property people" looking to offer an opportunity to "the pub people" without suppressing any of your entrepreneurial talent. Our business is property, your business is running a pub with the potential of owning your own freehouse. We give you a PubStart!
Where We Come In
In short, this is what we aim to do
Find you a pub, ideally in an area of your choice. You might even know of one?
We buy the property on the basis of your requirement and commitment, so you are involved from the start.
Lease you the pub at an agreed FIXED rent for 5 years.
After 3 years and up to 5 years you have an option to purchase the pub at a pre-arranged price, agreed at the beginning of the lease.
After 5 years you have the option to walk away if the business isn’t for you. Or continue renting with a new lease at a reviewed rent.
We allow you to have your own business and as long as you pay the rent and comply with all the terms of the lease then you won’t hear from us.
